Undergraduate: B.A. English Literature
Graduate: M.S. Leadership /Public Administration
Certification: TESOL Certified
Experience: Two years of tutoring Korean and Spanish speaking adults. I have also tutored fourth grade students in English and Social Studies.
Specializations:
My specialization is cultural immersion ESL where students learn by exploring the ethnic enclaves that make up Los Angeles. Based off of my food tours, we will explore different neighborhoods each week and practice ordering food, greetings, general conversation, and learn about the history of the area and its contributions to the cultural fabric of Los Angeles.
Traditional Lessons:
I also offer a traditional learning environment and can tailor each lesson based on your needs. If you just want to practice having conversations, we can do that!

1.5 hour session - conversation and traditional lessons
3-4 hour session - cultural immersion lesson (learn in the field)
